What are my qualifications?

Please see here: https://mrdillonmathstuition.co.uk/about/#qualifications-and-experience

Do you teach in person lessons too?

No, I do not teach in person. Online lessons can be as effective as in-person lessons, and have many benefits.
Benefits of online lessons:

  • More flexible
  • Less time and money spent on travel (for me and students).
  • Students get used to using digital tools and managing organisation - an important skillset in the modern world.

Do I teach group lessons?

No, I don't teach group lessons currently, but they have benefits so I may consider small group lessons in the future.

Do I only teach students who are struggling?

No, I also teach students aiming for top grades. Before I taught class of Y11 students aiming for top grades and they did very well. On average, the class achieved 1.71 grades higher than their expected grade (there were 7 9s, 12 8s and 12 7s). So if your child is on track but wants to boost their grade plase get in touch.
